ON March 24, 2011, Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) had awards banquet at the Georgia International Convention Center at 2000 Convention Ct Concourse, College Park, GA 30337-4200. MADD presented the Gwinnett County DUI Task Force as 2010 Statewide DUI Agency of the Year Award.
The Individual members of the Gwinnett DUI task force also walked away with honors. Cpl. M.J. Blute was awarded a Red Pin for 289 DUI arrests. Cpl. C.A. Deming was awarded a Red Pin for 173 DUI arrests. Officer A.M. Kingsley was awarded a Red Pin for 169 DUI arrests. Officer W.M. Rundles was awarded a Red Pin 167 DUI arrests. Officer J.T. Tait was award a Gold Pin for 109 DUI arrests. Officer M.K. Wyman was awarded a Silver Pin for 88 DUI arrests. Officer S.C. Mycols was awarded a Silver Pin for 69 DUI arrests. Officer J.N. Cyphers was awarded a Silver Pin for 61 DUI arrests.
