Law Enforcement can not believe they are wrong so they requested a blood test and went back to the restaurant to seize the receipt. Read the AJC Article.  Gwinnett DUI of County Commission Chairman blood test comes back 0.00 revealing no alcohol in his system and raising serious questions about DUI detection and standardized field sobriety evaluation techniques.
