Recent Success: Hit a telephone and got the message: Georgia DUI reduced to Reckless.

Client hit telephone pole. Police arrived and investigate for DUI. Client told police, "I will be honest with you had too much to drink and hit telephone pole." HGN 6/6, Walk and Turn 5/8, One leg Stand 3/4. Client arrested and blew a .17. State could not prosecute and case was dismissed at trial. Client learned his lesson and will not drink and drive again.
