Ty Pennington DUI: Extreme Hangover Edition

Extreme Home Makeover star Ty Pennington (and former resident of Grant Park in Atlanta) was arrested on suspicion of DUI after midnight on the Sixth of May.  Pennington was taken into custody at approximately 12:30 a.m. Saturday by the Los Angeles Police Department's West Traffic Division and released to the county Sheriff's Department.  Pennington bonded out two hours later after posting $5,000 bail.  He has court  on June 4.  Ty Pennington gained notoriety as the hunky  "Trading Spaces" carpenter and transformed that into the hit show on ABC Extreme Makeover: Home Edition. Pennington is also an author of "Ty's Tricks: Home Repair Secrets Plus Cheap and Easy Projects to Transform Any Room," a do it yourself book.  Remember all Defendant are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
