Cobb County Police Officer Charge with DUI and Hit and Run
Cobb County, Georgia Police Officer, Lt. Robert A. McGee was charged with DUI, Hit and Run, and Following too Close after an incident which occurred while he was off-duty on October 26, 2009. Lt. McGee is being investigated by the internal affairs unit of the Cobb County Police Department. The hit and run crash occurred in Kennesaw, Georgia. There is no indication why the Police Officer was charged with DUI.
