Kentucky Man Sues the Intoxylzer 5000 for damages as inaccurate

A Kentucky man has filed a civil suit for damages alleging that the Intoxylzer 5000 used in his DUI arrest was inaccurate.   The man's attorney alleges that the machine is inaccurate and its software is flawed and contains 'bugs" or programming glitches.  Click here to see the story.
