McDonough DUI arrests are summoned to Court in McDonough Municipal Court.  McDonough Municipal Court has jurisdiction over traffic cases, DUI arrest and misdemeanor marijuana arrest.  Felonies, non-traffic and non-marijuana misdemeanors have to be handled in Henry County State or Superior Court.
