MORROW POLICE CHIEF ARRESTED FOR GEORGIA DUI VIOLATION
Jeffrey Charles Baker, City of Morrow, Georgia Police Chief was arrested on November 17, 2011, in Clayton County for DUI by the Clayton County Police. Details of the arrest are not yet available. Chief Baker was charged with Driving Under the Influence under O.C.G.A. 40-6-391, disregarding a traffic control device, impeding traffic, driving with an open container of an alcoholic beverage, driving too fast for conditions, making an improper lane change, and refusing to comply with police directing traffic.
